Prof. Dr. Ari Adel, President of Duhok Polytechnic University; Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University; Prof. Dr. Wissam Salah Abdul-Hussein, President of Cordoba University; Dr. Mahmoud Nouri Al-Hatimi, Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department at the Sunni Endowment Office; Dr. Ali Abboudi Neama, Executive Director of the Foundation; Prof. Dr. Suzan Saber Haider, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Sulaimani and Chair of the Foundation\u2019s Scientific Advisory Board;
