The proceedings of the 3rd\r\nInternational Scientific Conference: \"Utilizing Artificial Intelligence in\r\nEducation and Scientific Research\" officially launched in the Malaysian\r\ncapital, Kuala Lumpur. The conference is organized by the Scientific Events\r\nGateway (Malaysia), in joint collaboration and organization with the Ajyal\r\nAl-Rafidain Foundation for Educational Development (Iraq), spanning the period\r\nfrom October 13 to 15, 2026, amidst high-level international presence and broad\r\nuniversity partnerships.<\/p>

The plenary\r\nsession opened under scientific sponsorship and in the presence of prominent\r\nacademic figures. Dr. Alaa Thabit Jasim, President of the Foundation and the\r\nScientific Sponsor of the conference, delivered the official keynote address.\r\nIn his speech, he emphasized the critical importance of digital empowerment and\r\ndevelopment, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence technologies\r\nand modern applications into teaching methodologies, scientific research,\r\nassessment strategies, and the construction of an integrated learning\r\nenvironment. He highlighted that such endeavors align with comprehensive\r\ndigital transformations and elevate the quality of scientific outputs and\r\nproduced knowledge.<\/p>

The conference\r\nfeatured intensive scientific sessions along with the presentation of\r\nspecialized research studies addressing the applications of artificial\r\nintelligence across the humanities, social sciences, administrative studies,\r\nnatural sciences, and technology. This took place with the active participation\r\nof an elite group of professors and researchers from various Iraqi and\r\ninternational colleges and universities, thereby fostering cognitive\r\nintegration and consolidating institutional leadership.<\/p>
