With the active participation of the Ajyal Al-Rafidain Foundation for Education Development, Volume 2 of the Proceedings of the Second Periodic International Scientific Conference has been published under the theme “From Humanistic Authenticity to the Horizons of Scientific Innovation and Modernity.” The conference was held at Ibn Khaldun University College in Baghdad, Iraq, on 23–24 August 2026, in cooperation with Ninevah University, the University of Sulaimani, the University of Cordoba, the Department of Research and Studies, the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies, Dar Noor Al-Ilm for Printing, Publishing and Distribution (Irbid, Jordan), Alchemist Center for Training and Consultancy (Aqaba, Jordan), Wa’i Center for Consultancy and Capacity Building, and the Ajyal Al-Rafidain Foundation for Education Development.
