The objectives of the Ajyal Al-Rafidain Foundation for Education Development center on establishing a robust and stimulating academic environment that contributes to the advancement of educational and research standards. These goals and objectives are manifested in the following points:

First: Elevating the quality of education and pedagogy in Iraq across all levels and sectors, advancing technological and digital skills, and strengthening the role of scientific research and innovation within the educational system

Second: Organizing and hosting international and local scientific conferences to provide interactive platforms that bring together academics and facilitate the exchange of scientific insights and expertise.

Third: Establishing and fostering peer-reviewed scientific journals that adhere to rigorous international standards, while diligently working toward their indexing within reputable global scientific databases to serve as reliable and advanced outlets for the publication of research and studies.

Fourth: Encouraging and advancing the scientific research movement by providing methodological support to researchers and publishing conference proceedings to document and preserve intellectual output.

Fifth: Organizing advanced training programs, seminars, workshops, and all scientific activities aimed at honing the skills of educational personnel and keeping pace with modern technological advancements.

Sixth: Actively contributing to curriculum development, authoring printed and digital educational resources, and providing scientific and educational consultancy to ensure the achievement of Total Quality within the education sector.

Seventh: Establishing strategic partnerships and building bridges of academic cooperation with local and international universities, centers, and scientific institutions to facilitate knowledge exchange and the localization of expertise.

Eighth: Ensuring the rights and entitlements of all personnel in the education sector—including professors, teachers, and staff—as well as the rights of students, children, and orphans, while actively advocating for these rights to guarantee a fair and stimulating educational environment for all.

Ninth: Providing comprehensive support and educational and psychological opportunities for marginalized groups—including children, orphans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and affected individuals—to enhance their capabilities and stability within the Iraqi environment and facilitate their integration into society.

Tenth: Contributing to the development and support of innovative educational initiatives and programs that enhance the quality of education in Iraq's most underserved regions, while providing the necessary intellectual and human resources to achieve these goals.

Eleventh: Contributing to the financial sustainability of the Foundation to ensure the continuity and development of its activities and projects in accordance with the law.

Twelfth: Achieving any other objectives that do not conflict with the Foundation’s bylaws or the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, while leveraging opportunities available to both governmental and non-governmental organizations.
