The President of Cordoba University, Prof. Dr. Wissam Salah Abdul-Hussein, received Dr. Alaa Thabit Jassim Al-Issawi, Chairman of Ajyal Al-Rafidain Foundation for Education Development, during an official visit aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation and opening new avenues for academic and training collaboration between the two sides.
The meeting included an exchange of views and ideas on developing scientific partnerships and establishing joint programs and projects that support education and advance academic standards, in addition to enhancing the exchange of expertise in training and capacity building for staff and students.
The University President emphasized the importance of building effective cooperation with reputable educational institutions in a manner that contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and providing high-quality scientific and community services. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Foundation Chairman expressed his great satisfaction with the visit, praised Cordoba University’s distinguished standing and academic and organizational level, and reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to implementing the outcomes of the meeting in the public interest.
