The Scientific Advisory Board of the Ajyal Al-Rafidain Foundation for Education Development comprises an elite group of senior professors, experts, and academics holding prestigious academic titles and advanced degrees across various disciplines from the most renowned Iraqi, regional, and international universities. This Board serves as the fundamental pillar for ensuring academic rigor, absolute reliability, and the achievement of total quality across all of the Foundation’s scientific, research, and educational outputs.

Tasks, Responsibilities, and Expertise

First: Direct Scientific Supervision. Providing direct scientific oversight for the international and local conferences organized by the Foundation and evaluating thousands of scientific papers to ensure their quality and compliance with the most stringent international academic publishing standards, thereby granting absolute credibility to the Foundation’s outputs.

Second: Peer Review and Indexing Strategy. Refereeing and evaluating research and studies submitted for publication in the peer-reviewed scientific journals issued by the Foundation, and developing strategic plans for their indexing within Scopus, Clarivate, and other reputable global databases.

Third: Curriculum and Training Consultancy. Providing scientific insights and consultations for curriculum development and the design of advanced training programs for educational personnel, based on the latest global, regional, and Iraqi studies to keep pace with modern technological advancements.

Fourth: Research Policy and Mentorship. Formulating general policies for scientific research and guiding researchers and postgraduate students toward addressing issues and challenges that serve society and advance the educational landscape in Iraq, based on solid methodological foundations of unquestionable integrity.

Fifth: Academic Networking and Cooperation. Building robust academic networks, maintaining high-level coordination, and establishing bridges of joint cooperation with major universities and research centers locally and globally to facilitate the exchange of expertise and the localization of certified scientific knowledge.

Sixth: Scientific Auditing and Quality Assurance. Adopting the latest mechanisms for scientific verification and auditing of all Foundation outputs, ensuring they are free from any deficiencies and reinforcing the Foundation’s status as a highly trusted and certified scientific reference at both national and international levels.
