Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, University of Sulaimani, Cordoba University, Ibn Khaldun University College, Department of Research and Studies, Al-Rafidain Generations Foundation for Educational Development - Iraq, Wa’i Center for Consultations and Capacity Building, Noor Al-Alam House for Printing, Publishing and Distribution – Irbid, Jordan, and Al-Khimiaei Center for Training and Consultations – Aqaba, Jordan, announce the launch of the 2nd International Scientific Conference (Periodic) titled: "From Human Authenticity to Horizons of Innovation and Scientific Modernity" with the participation of a selection of other universities and publishing houses.

The conference will be held at Ibn Khaldun University College in Baghdad, Iraq, from August 23 to 24, 2026, and participation will be (In-person and Online).

The conference aims to provide a rigorous academic platform where participating research will be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals listed in the Iraqi scientific promotion guides, in addition to publishing in the internationally accredited Conference Proceedings Book. Researchers will also be awarded the International Scientific Innovation Medal, participation certificates certified by all sponsoring entities, and foundation membership, along with letters of thanks and appreciation, and university and administrative orders documenting their official participation. The Conference Presidency invites all academics and researchers to contribute to this distinguished scientific event, which seeks to consolidate the values of modernity and innovation in scientific research through the efforts and follow-up of the President of the Foundation, Dr. Alaa Thabit Jasim.
