This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of Ambidextrous Leadership behaviors on the organizational pride . of a number of cadres in the hospitals of the Diwaniyah health department. the Ambidextrous Leadership behaviors were selected through two types behaviors: opening and closing behaviors . while organizational pride was selected through two types: of emotional organizational pride and directional organizational pride. the opinions of a sample totaling (172) people were surveyed represented by) a hospital manager , technical and administrative assistant , an assistant manager of nursing affairs, ahead of department or branch , a division manager ,and responsible unite officer , in five hospitals (Diwaniyah teaching hospital , the women and children’s teaching hospital , Al-Hamza general hospital , Afak general hospital , and Al- shamiya general hospital, the study adopted the . The study used a questionnaire as a main tool for measuring its variables.. Using a set of statistical tools such as Pearson correlation coefficient , multiple regression analysis , ( F) and ( R²) tests , The study reached a set of conclusions: the most important of which are : the existence statistically significant impact relational between the Ambidextrous Leadership behaviors and the dimensions organizational pride in the hospitals in the study sample . the study came out with a set of recommendations , foremost of which the need to work on developing the Ambidextrous Leadership skills of medical staff nominated for leadership positions.in terms of how to deal with the contradiction in the requirements for traditional activities and those to innovation and balance between exploratory activities and exploitative by introducing them training courses in the field
