The current research aims to identify intellectual tolerance among educational counselors, to identify the significance of the difference in intellectual tolerance among educational counselors according to the gender variable (male/female), and to identify the significance of the difference in intellectual tolerance among educational counselors according to the service variable (1-5 years) (6 years and more). In order to achieve the research objectives, the researchers built an intellectual tolerance scale that they prepared according to Worthington's theory (1998). The scale consisted of (30) items and its characteristics were confirmed. The scale was applied to a sample of (100) with (50) male counselors and (50) female counselors, who were chosen in a simple random way. The research results showed that the members of the research sample possess intellectual tolerance according to the hypothetical mean. There were no statistically significant differences in intellectual tolerance according to the gender variable (males and females). There were statistically significant differences between the two variables according to the service variable (5 and less) (6 and above), in favor of the counselors who have years of service (6 and above). In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for the research.
