Abstract

The story in the Qur’an is an inexhaustible treasure for anyone seeking guidance and ultimate idealism. In many of its aspects and features, it carries an engaging and attractive narrative with captivating characteristics, gradually revealing its truth and secrets. It is one of the most effective means of developing morals, and its effectiveness comes from being a combination of dialogue, events, chronological sequence, along with descriptions of places, characters, and social and natural conditions experienced by the story's characters. It is capable of instilling values and ethics, serving as a means of education and fostering authentic Islamic educational values by drawing lessons from past experiences. Undoubtedly, its value is greater and more significant when it is connected to our present reality, addressing the needs of individuals, nations, and peoples, as well as the practical behaviors and resolutions for cases encountered within the societal value system, Hence, the idea emerged to convey some of these educational values contained in the story of Moses (peace be upon him) with the two women from the people of Midian in the Qur’an. This story starts from verse 20 of Surah Al-Qasas and continues to verse 28, utilizing interpretations from Tafsir books and relying on what Allah enables us to uncover to extract its educational values.
